NTI provides top level transport insurance to protect Australians, seeing an influx of developmental shifts to keep up with the changing demands over the last 45 years they’ve been in operation. After we completed a successful Zoom Room roll-out across many of their locations in 2020, we won the tender to deploy an additional 26 Zoom Rooms and 25 Digital Displays in their new Brisbane headquarters. 

This contract included the fit out of an impressive town hall space that was designed to join multiple rooms for all hands on deck meetings. Their intention was to find a solution that could handle broadcasting to all displays for company announcements and alerts, connecting a robust network of locations around the country at the drop of a hat. 

We consulted with them on their unique requirements and found AVer CAM520 Pro PTZ Cameras and AVer VB342+ Video-Soundbars to be the best solution for them, ensuring every participant in the room could be captured in 4K. We paired these with Biamp Ceiling microphones, Biamp DPS’s and Shure wireless microphones to make sure participants could be heard with minimal background noise interference. For the best possible display resolution, we used Sony Bravia screens and a Wyrestorm NHD AVoIP System in conjunction with an easy, swift AMX control.

In the end we were successful in creating a seamless hub where all of NTI could come together effortlessly. Thanks to our intuitive solutions, the team is able to collaborate across offices without time or space getting in the way. They went on to award us yet another tender to provide AV and Zoom Rooms for their Newcastle office, which we recently completed as well.
