Heritage Bank

Heritage Bank selected VC Systems in partnership with Vocus Communications to assist them with a migration from their legacy Cisco Rooms to transition to Zoom Rooms. This upgrade included a new CBD office location with various meeting room types and included a large function room, combinable with the main boardroom, for large company events.

To keep up with the shifting technology of our times, Heritage Bank knew it was time to migrate from their legacy Cisco Rooms to the cutting-edge, powerful connectivity that Zoom Rooms offer. We were selected for the job of helping them complete this transition in a massive undertaking that included the installation of a number of meeting rooms including their new river-front boardroom and function room space on Eagle Street in Brisbane.

We used a mix of AVer CAM520 PTZ Cameras, Polycom EagleEye Director II Auto-Tracking Cameras and AVer VB342+ Video-Soundbars to capture the meeting room in crystal clear 4K. For audio, we deployed Biamp tabletop microphones, Biamp DSP’s and Shure Wireless Microphones, able to pick up participants from even the furthest corner of the room with smart background noise filtration. For the screens, we chose to incorporate Sony Bravia displays and a Wyrestorm NHD AVoIP System, powered by an AMX controller. 

Since we completed the initial work with Heritage Bank, we’ve continued our partnership with further upgrades at their Toowoomba headquarters. It’s been an honour to help bring connection and access to a bank that provides the same for so much of Australia.
