At Enterprise Connect, Zoom has introduced Zoom Workplace. It is partly a re-branding of the Zoom plans, but also there are many new capabilities built in.

A key feature is Zoom AI Companion, that it built in to every aspect of the portfolio, at no extra charge even if you have just one Zoom paid license. Zoom says “Re-imagine how your teams work with an all-in-one, AI-powered collaboration platform. Streamline communication, improve productivity, optimize in-person time, and increase employee engagement, all with Zoom Workplace.”

Initially known for video meetings, Zoom has built out a whole UC Platform, and Zoom Workplace takes this a step further. Look at all of the useful functionality you now get with Zoom:
