Download the report Here to learn why Zoom is a leader and the key strengths and weaknesses of web conferencing providers.
Gartner listed the strengths of Zoom as:
- Zoom's web-conferencing service offers a robust set of collaboration features to satisfy nearly all use cases, with integrated room solutions and the ability to accommodate third-party conference room endpoints.
- Zoom's freemium business model and strong end-user satisfaction are key factors behind the company's growth.
- Zoom reference customers surveyed for this Magic Quadrant praised its video quality, ease of use and simple user onboarding.
Our Zoom customers in Australia have made similar comments about the ease of use compared to other Video Conferencing and Webinar systems they have used. Zoom is also one of the most open systems, in that it is easy to invite people to a Zoom meeting who are not Zoom subscribers, and also to invite video room systems such as Polycom and Cisco to a Zoom meeting (SIP Connector licence required).
